A: Yes we use citylink to distribute Nationwide.

Q: I need to have artwork done from my brochure can you do this for me?
A: Yes our graphic design team will be pleased to help creating your artwork.

Q: I have a file created in Microsoft Word, can you produce full colour printed brochure from it?
A: Yes we are one of the few companies that can colour separate "Word" files.

Q: I have created my own artwork in an application you do not list, can you print from it?
A: If the application supports PDF creation then that is the easy way to go. if you do not have PDF creation software, use our download facility for a trial copy of Desk PDF. Alternatively if you provide us with a hardcopy we can re-create the artwork, depending on the detail a cost will be involved.

Q: We have a fleet of delivery vans that require signwriting but they are used during the day, could you sign write after hours?
A: We always try to accommodate, as we run a shift system we should be able to, there would be an anti social premium however.

Q: My company has had some embroidery done in the past by a company that no longer exists, we have the embroidery jacquard could you use?
A: Highly likely, if you can e-mail a copy as a file attachment we can soon advise.

Q: We have created our own artwork for a 64page holiday brochure, the file is too large to send as an e-mail attachment, do you provide an ftp option.
A: Yes, www.yousendit.com, a secure ftp site.

Q: I am ready to send my files, but cannot find a payment section on your website?
A: We accept credit and debit cards, we accept payment by telephone or in person, our office will call for the relevent card details, we find this the most secure way.
